Whith aperitif, at the time of barbecue or pizza pies or pastes or for the refreshing meals of the summer. COMMENT OF THE PÈRE GUILLOT : It's colour is an intense peony pink. Its bouquet is very aromatic, exhaling scents of small red fruits such as raspherries or blackcurrants. In the mouth there is a perfect balance between vivacity and mellowness. The final taste is very long, leaving and delicate impression of fruitiness. This rose wine is rewarded each year with the various national and international shows. DEGREES : 13% vol.
