Le Domaine du Père Guillot (Daddy Guillot) is a
family estate create in 1968 by Mister Guillot,
patriarch (the father). At the beginning of the
Nineties, he is assisted by his two sons.
Since 1968 : in the beaujolais wine, at
Villié-Morgon (Department of Rhone), gradualy
the initial surface of 3 ha increases to arrive
at an exploitation of 30 ha.
We make all work from the vine to the wine -
training of the vine, vinification, maturing of
the wine, then the bottling.
In July 1995 : to satisfy our customers,
we have had the opportunity to widen our range
of wine and now we are also installed in a small
village named Cailar (Department of Gard) in the
Costières de Nîmes, on an estate of 13 ha of
vines.
In 1998, thanks to our savoir-faire we
are rewarded by obtaining medals.
Consequently we have thought to increasing the
surface of our property: from 23 ha in 1998 to
50 ha today.
Commercialization and sometimes transport are
carried out by our care in order to ensure a
maximum traceability.
Our sales are carried out 50% on domestic market
(France) and 50% width export.
Today, the Domaine du Père Guillot is an esttate
of 80 ha vines, divides into 30 ha of
Villié-Morgon and 50 ha of Costières de Nîmes.
