MUSCAT DE FRONTIGNAN GRAPE-VARIETY : White muscat with little grape-berry. TERROIR : The soil is acomposed by chalk and clay, sandy-gravelly.. VINIFICATION : Direct pressing, partial racking of the must, temperature control during the alcoholic fermentation process, fortification with pure alcohol from wine origin.
